  • Questions about food service?

    If you have any questions regarding food service, please do not hesitate to contact us at foodservice@emmi.com or +41 58 227 15 65. (Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.)

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    No, there is no minimum order quantity. However, please note that even for small orders and for small order totals, the full shipping costs will have to be charged.

  • Payment methods?

    Payment for private customers is made by credit card, TWINT or prepayment.

    Internal Emmi orders are paid by invoice. The invoice will be sent separately.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    In general, the delivery times apply according to the GTC.

  • Shipping costs

    The details of the shipping costs can be found in the GTC point 4.

  • Can items be shipped abroad?

    No, items are shipped exclusively in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping abroad is not possible!
