General Terms and Conditions of Business
All orders are binding. In your own interest, please make sure that the delivery address and telephone number given to us is correct and complete. We cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We reserve the right to change the specifications of the products without prior notice.
The item prices in the shop are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the legal value added tax. For internal Emmi orders, prices are exclusive of VAT.
You can pay most conveniently by credit cards VISA and MasterCard or by PostFinance Card and TWINT.
Internal Emmi orders are paid for by invoice.
4. delivery, shipping and packaging costs
Deliveries are only made in Switzerland and Liechtenstein!
You will receive a Confirmation of Receipt from us. This only confirms the receipt of the order via the eShop. If you do not receive a confirmation, the ordering process may not have been completed correctly. In such a case, please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.
The execution of the order depends on the availability of the products. As a rule, the order will be processed immediately. If this is not possible, you will be notified by us. The shipment can be made in more than one package. Items will be shipped as soon as they are available. No matter how many deliveries are made, only one delivery charge will be made per order.
The shipping costs within Switzerland and Lichtenstein are as followed:

5. delivery times
Normal delivery times may vary, the following information is only a guideline:
A-Post: within 1 to 3 days after receipt of order
B-Post: within 2 to 4 days after receipt of order
Express deliveries can be arranged on request.
6. Returns / credit notes / damaged articles
If an item is delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or you wish to exchange the item for another size, you may return the item to us within 14 days, after which we will offer you either a full refund of the purchase price or the delivery of a replacement item.
Returns must be made within 14 days in the original undamaged packaging. Refunds will only be given for products in an undamaged, unused condition. If the returned product is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original sales price from the refund. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights in the event of damaged items.

7. Delivery damage
If the goods have been damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by e-mail or telephone. Damaged or defective articles can be exchanged free of charge. Claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts and prices or late delivery are excluded. Errors, price changes or small modifications of the products are reserved.
8. Data protection
We undertake not to sell your personal data to third parties. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored.
Credit card payments are encrypted with proven SSL technology. They are processed via Saferpay (Wordline). Wordline processes your personal data on our behalf in connection with the payments you have commissioned from us. Your data will only be used by Wordline to process your payment order and will not be made available to any third party other than the financial institutions responsible for the respective payment method. "Wordline" or "Saferpay" may appear on your credit card or bank statement in connection with your order from us.
9. Retention of title
The delivered articles remain our property until full payment has been received.
